CareOne has an open position for an Office Assistant to manage the day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities include:
? Provide clear communication and excellent customer service internally, to clients, and Network Providers/ Medical Facilities ? Monitor drivers to ensure adherence to schedules and safe driving practices ? Billing ? Document operations appropriately and follow company policies ? Maintain efficient operations in the service area
Qualifications:
? One year of experience working in an office environment- preferably in the transportation or delivery industry ? Moderate skills in MS Word, Excel & Smart Phone Applications ? Knowledge of Mediroutes software is helpful but not required ? Ability to prioritize multiple tasks ? Effective written and oral communication skills along with strong organizational skills Job Types:
