Duties of the Office Manager/Executive Assistant include providing support to management, owners, general managers, and hotels.
The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver, self-starter, has strong attention to detail, well organized to efficiently handle a wide range of administrative tasks to support multiple small businesses and people, flexible, and able to work independently with little or no supervision.
Help the Office Manager with basic office duties that will alleviate pressure and act as a liaison between Office Manager and General Managers.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
include but are not limited to the following.
Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the company.
1.
Provides support for the owners of the company.
2.
Support for the general managers on behalf of owners at various hotels.
3.
Provides limited human resource support.
4.
Purchases items, this includes follow up on delivery as well.
5.
Makes sure requested reports have been submitted daily, weekly, and monthly.
6.
Receives and forwards all month end reports to accounting firms and management in a timely manner.
7.
Checks that all reports have been received daily.
8.
Conducts purchase orders for hotel properties.
9.
Processes Minutes, Stock Certificates, and other Confidential documents requested by Ownership and/or Investors 10.
Completes other task to run small businesses efficiently.
11.
Organizes online file system.
12.
Follows company processes.
13.
Streamlines company policies.
14.
Proficient or Expert with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and One Note Qualifications and Requirements:

Education/
Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
