Someone who will take management, administrative and HR duties off ownerships plate while ensuring that the office operates efficiently and smoothly.
In addition, the office manager will support ownership, management, general managers, and lead administrative assistants.
The ideal candidate will be proactive and have experience in hospitality and/or customer service and in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks to helping ownership run several small businesses across three states.
This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible, must have excellent attention to detail, is able to work independently with little or no supervision, and enjoys the administrative challenges of supporting a company of diverse people.
Someone who enjoys going home knowing they put their best foot forward and made a difference by supporting a company and its people.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
include but are not limited to the following.
Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the company.
1.
Provides support for the owners of the company and general managers at the hotels.
2.
Managing HR for the office and hotels by developing and maintaining office and company policies, organizes company handbooks, employee files, payroll, operations, discipline, recruiting, onboarding, orientation and training and other procedures, as necessary.
3.
Develops and streamlines office and company policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately.
4.
Oversee the administrative assistants and support owners with all administrative duties including scheduling group meetings and maintaining calendars in the office.
5.
Allocate tasks and assignments to managers, area managers and administrative assistants and monitor their performance.
6.
Perform review and analysis of duties, tasks and projects and keep the ownership properly informed.
7.
Ensure top performance of office and company staff by providing them adequate coaching and guidance.
8.
Oversee hotel guest customer inquiries, complaints, and incidents.
9.
Manage internal staff relations and maintain a positive working environment.
10.
Handle internal inquiries, complaints, injuries, and workers compensation.
11.
Maintain and update all office and company insurance policies as needed.
12.
Ensure all property taxes are paid bi-annually.
13.
Process and approve office payroll.
14.
Conducts purchase orders for hotel properties and office.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Valid driver's license This position does not provide the opportunity to telecommute.
Office hours are 8am- 5pm with overtime as required.
