We need you to be the friendly face at check-in or the happy voice on the phone.
The multi-tasking professional who can keep up with the administrative tasks of a busy medical office! The perfect candidate is friendly and professional with some medical office experience and basic understanding of health insurances.
The position will be for 40 hours per week and can offer the opportunity for rapid advancement within the practice.
Fluency in Spanish is a BONUS!
Responsibilities:
Answer phones and return patient voicemails Schedule Appointments Greet patients and check them in and out of appointments Perform Eligibility Checks
Qualifications:
Medical Office Experience Understanding HMO and PPO insurances Ability to multitask and handle high pressure situations Team Player Positive Attitude We are one of the most recognized groups in the area and offer a wonderful work environment.
