-Repair problems in such areas as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, emergency systems and flooring.
-General maintenance of currently occupied apartments, involving basic troubleshooting, appliance repair, electrical work and plumbing experience.
-assists in conducting routine and periodic community inspections to identify safety and risk management concerns.
-Diagnoses problems and repairs in the areas of electrical and plumbing -May perform painting projects and repair of walls and woodwork.
-maintains the grounds, common areas and amenities.
-completes assigned work orders and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards and code requirements.
-Completes the make ready process to prepare vacant apartments units for leasing and new move ins.
