MINIMUM
Qualifications Education:
An individual who can read, write, and understand sufficient English to perform the requirements of the position.
Experience:
Quantity or institutional food service experience preferred.
Knowledge and Skills:
Employee must demonstrate age specific competency regarding food preparation and service.
License/Certifications:
Current San Bernardino County Food Worker's Certificate or Food Safety Training Certificate from an ANSI accredited program or ServSafe required within 30 days of hire/ transfer.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to perform essential physical job requirements.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
