Class B Driver Needed for Brand New Luxury Assisted Living Community!
Oakmont of Fresno is a lovely assisted living community with industry renowned dining, and endless on-site amenities. We are continuing to build a team of skilled professionals with a passion for working with seniors and a desire to play an important role working at the finest Assisted Living Community in the Fresno area. We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Class B Driver.
Are you dependable? Energetic? Compassionate? Do you love interacting with seniors?
Duties include driving residents to and from appointments and on excursions with a company car or passenger bus. You will also be asked to assist residents with transporting luggage & groceries, delivering packages/mail, and setting up for banquets and special events. You must be available to work some evenings and weekends.
Must have a Class B driver license with passenger endorsement, a clean driving record, and be able to pass a drug screen and to obtain a Department of Justice fingerprint/background clearance.

A desire to work on a great team and get along with other people
Must be eighteen (18) years of age
Knowledge of and/or ability to learn the theory and practice of assisted living and dementia care
Able to work with seniors and patiently interact with cognitively impaired individuals
Able to be flexible, adapt and respond to change, make decisions in stressful situations and prioritize tasks and projects.
Able to obtain and maintain valid first aid certification
Be mobile and able to perform the physical requirements of the job. Good physical health, verified by a health screening, including a chest x-ray and drug screening
Must pass criminal background check
